Q If you issue a refund or void to me, when will I receive the refund?
A Refunds are sent to our bank immediately for processing, but sometimes it can take up to 10 days for the refund to be credited to your account. Please check if there are any transactions with the "BinYuan" descriptor.
Voiding is always issued in full and may take up to 10 days to be credited to your bank account. If you are not sure if you have received your money, please contact your bank and confirm with them before contacting us. Invalid means that the original transaction has not yet settled, so the funds were never actually deducted from your account. This transaction will not appear on your credit card statement, but it may appear on your pending transactions list. It may take up to 10 days for a transaction to be completely cancelled.

In order to get an accurate picture of the condition of your package, we send you an email with tracking information after your package is shipped. A Sometimes packages shipped from our warehouse are damaged in transit. If this happens to you and you receive a damaged item, please call our call center and we will refund your order or send you a replacement - whichever works better for you.
