I've heard a lot about ice baths, not just for athletes but also for those of us who suffer from aches andpains. I was concerned at first that l wouldn't fit in it, but it is much larger than l anticipated, and even myhusband, who weighs nearly 300 pounds and stands six feet tall, fits comfortably. This is insulated and includes a cover, so the ice stavs cold and does not melt. lt does need to be assembledbut it's not difficult and comes with instructions. When not in use, it includes a bag for storage. lt is alsosimple to take care of and maintain after use. When you're done and all the ice has melted, vou can empty the water through the drain on the side. Thisis a thick material that I don't believe will tear. lt appears to be well-made, affordable, and effective inrelieving muscle pain.

I wanted to try using an ice bath but l didn't need anything over-the-top or too fancy. This product isn'tthat expensive but is still a viable option for an ice bath. The 30-inch diameter is plenty big for mostanyone, however, I do wish the tub was maybe 6-8 inches taller. The way it is now, my shoulders stick outof the water a good bit when I crouch, and even if l sit down on my butt the water isn't up to my neck, I am5'10 Assembly took no more than 5 minutes, and like that this product doesn't need to be inflated like someother products. lt took about 20 minutes to fill up with my garden hose, and once it was filled with waterthe tub felt study. There is a drain spout on the side and also a drain plug in the bottom of the tub ncluded is what l am guessing is an inflatable pillow or pad, a repair patch, a drain hose, and the carryincbag. I wish a lid was included, but not a big deal, especially for a product this price. The value of thisproduct is put towards the tub itself, which is

Perfect size for me, accurately described. The materials is high guality. I can enjov using it for a long timeThe circumference width sit perfectly in my shower. lt works really well. Love it and easy to put together. lwould recommend it.

This is very easy to set up, it hold the water perfect, and it's big enough for someone who is 6 feet tall. like that it has a travel bag, that way I can take it with me wherever I go.

I got this for my son as a birthday gift and he loves it. It's portable, easy to fill, clean out etc. I think this is the most used gift I've ever gotten him. LOL

I was lucky to discover I was able to fit this plunge snuggly in my Tub! I am thoroughly impressed with the room. At 6'5 260 I was concerned with the fit, however I fit comfortably with room to spare. I paired this with a water chiller for a perfect DIY at home cold plunge. The cover is a little disappointing but does the job. Really easy to assemble and pretty intuitive. The flow valve can also be repositioned to align the way you would like. All in all, a great buy!
